To my mind, this wasn’t a case of caring and just looking after them. This was about nurturing, mentoring and teaching. The goal to me was clear. To enable our young students to have careers just like the rest of us. To grow, develop and achieve - just like the rest of us.

Our students, having undergone recognised, relevant training and after achieving valid, vocational qualifications, are taken under the wing of our top trade professionals where they are given the best, real working experiences.
